The design of this particular residence emerged from the need to convert a former industrial space into a bachelor’s dwelling. Large openings, combined with industrial materials and textures such as stamped concrete and brick, evoke the space’s old use. Wood, the use of light, and the selected colors redefine the space and transform it into a warm and intimate home for the user.
