This project is about the design of a 300sq.m. house in the area of Nea Moudania in Chalkidiki. The building consists of two levels, and the final volume takes its permanent form after an extension to an old 2-storey building with the addition of a metallic structure. The metal, the stone and the wood belong together both in the interior as well as in the external design of the facades of the building, creating a modern and warm environment. The configuration and decoration of the space retain a balance between modern aesthetics and the timelessness of the forms and materials. The result is an elegant space with emphasis on the details.
