The two-storey summerhouse is located in Olympiada, Halkidiki. The area of ​​the site combined with the existing slopes create a complex of tourist residences. The exterior space has been formed in different levels, gradually integrating the landscape, while creating comfortable spaces for relaxation, outdoor activities and swimming in a harmonious relationship with nature. The interior of the house has been designed in such a way that the communal spaces would be on the same level as the outdoor spaces, succeeding therefore an uninterrupted continuity between indoor and outdoor. An elegant metal staircase leads to the upper level, where the bedroom is located for more privacy. The selected materials for both internal and external spaces, work also along to the further integration of the spaces. The wood, the metal, the stone and the concrete are the main elements of the structure as well as of the surfaces of the building. Internally the color palette chosen consists of light colors mostly in order to diffuse of natural light.
