This residence is a design challenge as its most important feature was the need to create spaces of 3 different design approaches: a cozy family space yet at the same time modern, a discreetly separate office / library space and an independent playroom. Under these conditions has been organized a composition of warm tones of wood on a black and white background, unique wallpapers and modern lighting fixtures in order to create a homely and friendly environment. The desk was placed in the room with the most windows and under an imposing light dome, the walls were covered with decorative brick and the base of the windows was turned into wooden showcases in order to accommodate more than 100 books and plants.

The masterbedroom follows the same design aesthetics as the living room, with warm tones and wood paneling. The imposing wallpaper completes the scene and is the ideal background choice for this bed. Behind the discreet hidden door is the bathroom, where the tones of gray marble give a harmonious luxury to the space.

The playroom, in the basement of the house, moves in a completely opposite logic. Bright colors, vibrant hidden lighting and a ping pong table in the center of the room invite guests into pleasant moments. Special touch, the kitchen next to the large garden.
