The study for this specific apartment focused on the client’s needs for a refreshed and more functional space. Small interventions, both with the use of new materials and changes in the space’s furniture, yielded the desired result in a short period. The installation of vinyl flooring in imitation of stamped concrete, combined with decorative brick veneer and a warm color palette, created a modern and simultaneously cozy space. The combination of materials in the kitchen, such as wood, white glossy surfaces, and marble cladding, harmoniously complemented the welcoming character of the space. Therefore, these finishing touches constituted a set of functional and elegant tips and tricks in this particular project for its renewal.
