Designed for the needs of a family of three, this residence in Heraklion, Crete, follows a design approach focused on comfort, functionality and timeless aesthetics. The primary objective was to create a bright and relaxing living environment, enriched with generous storage solutions and a seamless connection between the home’s different living areas.

Within the open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen, natural oak finishes and travertine surfaces are used throughout the interior, creating a smooth transition and a strong sense of continuity. Earthy tones and clean lines enhance the natural brightness of the space, contributing to a calm and timeless atmosphere.

Special attention was given to the children’s bedrooms, each designed according to the distinct personality and needs of its occupant. One room is organised into dedicated study and gaming zones, while the second features a custom-built bunk bed composition with a more playful character.

In the master bedroom, a textured headboard wall and a bespoke desk are seamlessly integrated into the design, completing an interior defined by balance, functionality and contemporary elegance.
