Designed for the needs of a modern family, this residence in Ilioupoli maximises every available square metre through solutions that combine functionality, aesthetics and integrated storage. One of the project’s main challenges was the need for extensive storage capacity without compromising the sense of openness or the clarity of the architectural composition.

The double-height living area is highlighted by a bespoke architectural feature that incorporates the fireplace while simultaneously accommodating storage and display shelving. The use of light colour palettes, natural materials and refined detailing allows this element to become a focal point without visually overwhelming the space.

Particular attention was also given to the design of the internal staircase, which is utilised as a functional architectural element by integrating part of the kitchen composition beneath it. This approach ensures that every corner of the residence contributes meaningfully to everyday living.

In the master bedroom, a minimalist aesthetic, soft textures and concealed lighting create a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The children’s rooms follow the same design language while maintaining their own individual character through colour selections, custom-made furniture and functional solutions tailored to each child’s needs.
