The primary goal of the design of this particular apartment was the creation of spaces with high aesthetics, quality and a minimalist approach, emphasizing the orientation of the rooms towards the Thessaloniki Concert Hall. Special care was given to the relationship between the materials, by combining the existing wooden floor with the forged cement that surrounds the central area of the house and unfolds on the floor, on the moving lines. Linear concealed lights give a sense of luxury, while simple lines and neutral colors work along with the special constructions of metal bases for the artworks, that have been collected by the owner of the house. An imposing corner sofa and a dominating central composition, inspired by a Montreal painting, on the opposite wall comprise the configuration of the living room of the apartment. The design of the kitchen was based on the white color and the wood in order to achieve a sense of harmony between them and the industrial style of the forged cement and the metal elements. Moreover, the bedroom and the bathrooms were designed with the same synthetic principles, by giving a warm texture to the materials used, with hidden lights and details, allowing thus the user to enjoy the space in a sense of calmness and relaxation.
