Designed for a family of five, this residence is a contemporary interpretation of luxury minimal interior design, where calmness, balance, and functionality coexist with sculptural architectural elements and bespoke design details.
The overall aesthetic draws inspiration from Japandi and Wabi-Sabi philosophy, combining natural textures, earthy tones, clean lines, and understated luxury to create a warm and timeless living environment. The design approach focuses on simplicity, organic materials, soft forms, and a strong connection between architecture and everyday living.
At the heart of the residence lies the double-height living area, where natural light, vertical surfaces, and custom-made constructions shape an atmosphere of serenity and harmony. Within this almost meditative composition, the staircase emerges as a sculptural centerpiece that intentionally disrupts the calmness of the space. Its unique architectural design functions not only as a circulation element, but also as a statement feature that defines the identity of the interior.
Another focal point of the project is the fireplace, clad in a carefully selected limestone finish. Designed as a monolithic vertical volume, it visually connects the different levels of the residence while enhancing the natural material palette that dominates the interior architecture.
In the master bedroom, the impressive custom headboard was designed to seamlessly conceal the entrances to the walk-in wardrobe, creating a clean and unified architectural composition. Curved geometries, hidden lighting, textured surfaces, and soft materials contribute to a sense of privacy, comfort, and understated elegance.
Special attention was also given to the children’s rooms, where functionality meets a softer and more playful design language. Through warm minimal aesthetics, custom-made furniture, curved details, subtle lighting, and calming tones, spaces were created that can evolve together with the children’s needs while maintaining the overall design identity of the residence.
Most of the furniture pieces and fixed elements were custom designed exclusively for this project, allowing every detail to respond precisely to the lifestyle and daily routines of the family.
The final result is a contemporary residence that balances minimal aesthetics with the warmth of natural materials, creating a refined living experience defined by timeless design, functionality, and quiet luxury.
