A calm interior shaped by flow, texture and thoughtful detail.
Set in Paliouri, Halkidiki, this holiday resort comprises four independent two-storey residences, designed as private retreats for rest, relaxation and a slower way of living. The interior design translates this idea into spaces that are calm, functional and intuitive, balancing a soft material palette with carefully considered architectural details.
Warm oak, textured fabrics and subtle stone tones create a neutral and warm base. Lighter, soothing tones define the living spaces, while warmer, deeper hues create a cosy and intimate atmosphere in the sleeping areas. Curved forms are introduced throughout the interiors to soften the architectural geometry and establish a continuous flow between spaces. Rounded walls and softened furniture edges create gentle transitions, guiding movement while giving each area its own character.
The kitchen is conceived as both a practical working space and the social heart of the residence. A generous central island provides preparation, storage and informal seating, naturally connecting the kitchen with the living and dining areas. Integrated appliances, full-height cabinetry and concealed storage maintain a clean architectural expression while ensuring everyday practicality.
Custom-designed furniture, media units and decorative elements further shape the identity of each space. Every detail is considered in relation to scale, use and movement, creating an interior that feels effortless, warm and refined designed for the slower rhythm of a holiday, where comfort takes centre stage.
