Densely populated urban complex of the city, on the 7th floor of Tsimiski Street, is the apartment under study, serving as an oasis of minimalist luxury overlooking the center of Thessaloniki. Through refined and modern design, the daily needs of the entire family are satisfied. The layout was organized to make the most of the view and light in every space. All areas feature a modern atmosphere with touches of luxury, balanced by the strong presence of wood, creating a warm, intimate, and hospitable environment.

The open-plan living-dining-kitchen area is a significant part of the composition, with the living room organized around the fireplace, and the kitchen with the dining area visually connected. Next is the master bedroom with an integrated dressing room and an impressive custom design with a full-length mirror and a walk-in wardrobe. Following that, the two children’s rooms have a lighter atmosphere and colors, tailored to their age, without losing the central theme of the design and material quality. Another important element in the design is the owner’s office, which, besides its primary role, also serves as a space for isolation and relaxation, including a bed. Finally, the two bathrooms follow the same style as the rest of the residence.

All these elements compose a whole that aims not only for the functionality of the space but also to elevate the user’s everyday experience.
