The primary goal in designing this particular residence was to create spaces with high aesthetics, quality, and a minimalist approach, emphasizing the orientation of the living spaces towards the Megaro Mousikis Thessalonikis. Special attention was given to the relationship between materials, combining the existing wooden flooring with polished concrete that surrounds the central volume of the residence, unfolding onto the floor and defining the circulation areas. Linear concealed lighting conveys a sense of luxury, while clean lines and neutral colors blend with specially crafted metal bases for the art pieces collected by the homeowner. An imposing corner sofa, facing a central composition inspired by a Mondrian painting, shapes the living room of the apartment. Moving forward, the kitchen design was based on white color and wood harmonizing with the industrial style of the polished concrete and metallic elements. Finally, the bedroom and bathrooms were planned with the same synthetic principles, delivering a warm texture to the materials, with concealed lighting and details that allow the user to enjoy the space in an atmosphere of tranquility and relaxation.
