A complex of four similar residences and one distinct one is located in Kallikratia, Chalkidiki. The residences, which are modest linear structures, feature an internal balcony hosting an office and a bedroom. Two additional bedrooms, along with the unified space of the living room and kitchen, are situated on the ground floor. The double height in the living room and kitchen is utilized with hanging rails, complementing the abundant light that illuminates the space through the double-height openings. Pastel and earthy tones prevail in the interior composition, while externally, the buildings are adorned with stone in certain areas, creating a welcoming and user-friendly complex in conjunction with the planting. The metal pergolas that cover the balconies add a modern touch and harmoniously tie the whole ensemble together.
