Warm yet imposing. Bright but adept at playing with light. Minimalist yet saying a lot. These words describe the particular residence we created in a multi-story building in Thermi, Thessaloniki. The ground floor, where the living room is located, features double height, highlighted by a impressive structure on the wall that combines a fireplace and a library. Three parametric lighting fixtures dominate the ceiling above the living room, playing with light and shadow in a unique way. Overseeing this beautiful composition is the office, situated on the internal balcony. A staircase leads there, giving the impression of floating. Below the staircase, a construction with shutters and a hidden door leading to the kitchen is created. The entire residence is characterized by monochromatic tones, moving in earthy hues with wooden accents to add warmth. Make yourself at home.
