The aim of the design was to transform a typical residence in Liti, Thessaloniki, into a modern home that meets the needs of a four-member family. The ground floor, in direct contact with the courtyard, houses the living room, kitchen, two playrooms, and auxiliary spaces. The living room, kitchen, and dining area are located in the same space and communicate, with elements of the composition defining each area. Thanks to this, combined with the large openings created, the communal spaces on the ground floor are gathered in an open layout, and access to the external space of the residence is immediate. The earthy tones of the materials, combined with wood and black details, give the space a modern and simple luxury.

In the attic, where the more private uses are accommodated, the master bedroom follows a similar style, characterized by the unified construction with the fireplace and dressing room. The children’s rooms, without exaggeration, play a bit more with colors and compositions in the furniture to satisfy the needs of their users.
